This post is actually just getting us back on track since I was out of town last Saturday and did the last update only 4 days ago...
However, in those 4 days, 5 foreclosures have gone into escrow (1 in Arrowhead Woods and 4 in Crestline). Additionally, there were a couple of price reductions.
There are now a total of 64 bank-owned homes on the market....more to come, I'm sure....
