Portola Market Snapshot: Currently there are 55 homes on the market which has been pretty consistent inventory all year.

• 44 of the homes are attached homes with an average listing pricing of $466,351 or $369 price per sq.ft. and they have been on the market an average of 107 days.
• 11 are single family with an average listing price of $954,800 or $308 sq.ft. and they have been on the market an average of 38 days.
