What's your plan? This is my plan and you all are to keep me accountable. If you have any other suggestions to add here, please feel free to comment.
I'm going to be getting an accountability partner that I check in with every morning to share three things I am going to get done that day. I will then call them back and confirm status of those accountable items.
I'm going to be prospecting a minimum of one hour five times a week including for REO listings.
I'm going to close two deals a month preferably double ending one at least.
I'm going to be sure to send out my monthly mailings.
I'm going to increase my AR points by 5000 by the end of the month.

I am impressed by your background in business. I am thrilled for your energy towards the last 100 days. I would add that you should consider reviewing your business contacts and find ones that you know provide EXCELLENT service. Then once you have chosen 3 lets say a tax accountant, a landscaper and a mechanic. Then I would challenge you to grow their business through referral by contacting your past clients, friends, and other business people and let them know how great these professionals are and get them to use them or meet with them for a review. In the end you are bringing your clients a new value and at the same time building the business of others. I would also challenge you to use your gift and that is from your talent agency days. I would advise that you do a model show and have all the proceeds go to a local charity that makes a difference. Good night
Susan..congratulations on recognizing that the year is almost over; where did you find your accountability partner?
Bobby, I got an accountability partner in my office. If we were on the same coast I would say I'd be happy to swap accountability with you as well, but I doubt if the time zone would work out. Were you thinking of getting one?
I have an accountability partner each day when I look at my bank account, retirement portfolio, debts, bills, etc. LOL Just a quick glance convinces me that I have to work because our government might not even be around when I'm no longer physically or mentally capable of working. Of course, some of my friends tell me that I'm already not mentally capable... LOL
Susan.......
Hows it going on those 5,000 points by the end of the month? Just thought I would help with the accountability :)
Hope all is well and you are keeping up with the plan!
You know what? I was just thinking of that today!! Not good Chris, until now. I'm on it! Thanks for the motivation!!
Good post, Susan. The end of the year is always a slow time in this industry. It's a great time to stop and take stock in what you're doing and how to best improve.
We need to be planning now for the next year - and of course finish up on our goals for this year! Good luck to you!
I like the idea of an accountability partner. And augh! Are there really only 100 days left!!
Eileen, way less than that now!!
