New Townhome models open in Lone Tree, CO

Last week I visited a grand opening of the Lincoln Park townhomes at Ridgegate in Lone Tree.

Just behind the new Super Target is a growing urban community in the middle of suburbia. The area is speculated to be built out in 13 years. The plan is to extend the lightrail to another station by the Sky Ridge Hospital. While this will be a great way for employees to get to work it will turn this area into the pulsing heart of a very green and walkable place to live. It is a short walk to the trail head into the Lone Tree open space, and also from the South Suburban recreation Center.

These townhomes run into the upper $400,000's. They booast interior patios and windows not expected in interior units, and 2-3 car garages.

There are some very nice finishes available, and spec homes are ready to be moved into. This century community is worth checking into. Learn more about their homes at centurycommunities.com. This area is very similar to the hopping community in the Highlands Ranch towncenter.
