I am finding here in Virginia Beach area that the CONDO maket is the last resort for buyers.  We do have them in any price range here also . You can find one from anywhere 125,00 to over a $1 million mark.  It just seems that the market for CONDOS are really on the downturn,  and a big turn off for many are the condo fees that are included.  So I am finding out that townhomes and single family homes wihtout the condo/homeowner fees are first choice.

Very interesting and thorough report. I love the pie chart to finish it off. It seems that things are holding somewhat steady, with just a slight decrease in sales price. That just means that the buyers need to snatch up the inventory while prices are low. GREAT STUFF! GBU!

Donna I did not realize the Branford had that many Condo's that they would have as much as 135 of them on the market for sale.

Donna your reports covering the Branford condo market are excellent. The graphs do a fine job of showing what is happening in the market.
