How about getting a really healthy start in the morning? It just take a few minutes
I love to cut up all my favorite fruits --- blue berries, bananas, apples, mix with plain yogurt (low on caleries) and throw in a handful of almonds.
It is amazing how much better you feel after eating something like that, rather than fast food breakfast. I have been eating on the run a lot lately and I see it in my face, and all the salt.
After eating this fruit and yogurt mix, I feel so much better. Also this make a quick easy and light dinner if that is all you have time for.
Warmly,

Stephanie, my husband loves your breakfast. For some reason fruit doesn't set well with me first thing in the morning so that doesn't work for. I really don't like breakfast and have to force myself to eat it. It does sound very healthy though.
Sounds good to me...I'm almost hungry again.
Good morning Stephanie - sounds like a great breadfast to me. Makes me want to eat again. Happy selling.
