GREAT IDEA!  The whole process can be very confusing, sure helps to have some experts willing to go over everything.

Aloha and thanks Penny.  I started doing those classes about 3 years ago when I would teach them to National Guard units here in Hawaii.  I stopped for a long time but now myself and my VA Loan Officer are going to re-generate our program.  Have a great day!

David—Do you ever feature or point out that there is a marina available at Ewa Beach. It's located out at the rental housing that has a guard gate. Can't think of the name right now. It's just a few minutes from where we lived if you take the back road along to Holomua School grounds. It's a neat little place and not many people know about it. We met a retired Air Force guy out there so it's open to military people. Hope all is well for you and family. Take care and have a Happy thanksgiving.

Hi Linda and Howdy to you!  Funny you should mention that.....I own the domain names "Ewa Beach Marina.com" but have not had time to build the info yet.  Soon, I will have that site up and running.  The place you are referring to is Iroquois Point and thats exactly where the picture on my blog page came from!  Tonya and I go out to the beach cafe for a coffee once in a while since it is literally just down the street from our house.  Happy Turkey Day to you too.
