You are right about that Elaine.  A LOT is going on here.  The marina is fantastic.  Tonya and I took a tour out there a few weeks ago.  There will be 3 very large slips for yachts just in case Oprah, Bill Gates or Greg Norman want to stop by.  Of course there is room for Elaines yacht too.
