You know I've been in this business for 10 years now and I enjoy reading the blogs and industry news, and new technologies etc etc etc, but I find it amazing those people who try to immitate yet are never able to duplicate.
I've been doing FHA for a very very long time and I pride myself as being an "expert" in it as I have closed hundreds of FHA loans, and though something new always come up when doing a loan, I know it better than my competitors. What I find amusing is those loan officers who have recently jumped on the FHA bandwagon and then attempt to market themselves as "experts" yet have only closed a handful of FHA loans. I've been doing FHA for years, before it was the cool hip thing to do. And I'll be doing FHA long after these people who claim to be experts are long gone.
