I went to the Building Contractors Association of SW Idaho Developers Council and got the latest development #'s for 2008. Ada County recorded 100 new plats in 2008 YTD compared to 187 total plats in '07. This equated to 2,359 lots compared to 6,461 in 2007. Quick Math on these #'s equates to 23.59 lots per new plat in '08 compared to 34.51 in '07. Read more
