They say that buyers purchase a home for one of two reasons:

1- They fell in love with a house

2- They get a good deal

When working with Buyers, I do my best to give them both.

When working with Sellers, I give them as much advice for them to prepare their house so that visitors will fall in love with their home. For Sellers, the goal is to get top dollars for their home and this often comes with offers from buyers who love their home and not necessarily offers from buyers looking for good deals. I stress the importance of fixing things as much as possible before placing a house on the market and making their house appeal to as many people as possible and replacing dated items.

To help my customers in their real estate transaction, I use several tools such as Website, PDA cell phone, Digital Camera, Virtual tours, Blog, Forums, portable printers, and Mobile Internet access to name a few

My favorite show is "Design to Sell" on HGTV. I believe strongly in staging your home to get the best possible price when you are ready to sell.

For Buyers, My top priority is to listen carefully to their requests and to work hard in order to find the perfect home at the best possible price.
