About us: We are Matt and Susan Carlson and we have 2 children- 6 yr. old, Alyssa and 2 yr old, Braden. We moved to Ankeny after living in Burlington, IA for 8 years. Matt is a Claim Rep for State Farm Ins., and Susan in a registered dietitian. We were looking for a community that was friendly and progressive with good schools and lots of recreational opportunities.

About Us: Jodi has been a physical education teacher for the past 5 years. She will now switch to being a stay at home mom to care for our two children, Chase (2 years old) and Cami (3 months old). T.J. works at the Des Moines Register in the RAGBRAI office as RAGBRAI assistant director.
