No one can predict with any certainty when the market will shift back to a seller’s market, but it will happen….real estate markets shift back and forth over time between a buyer’s market and a seller’s market.
When the market swings back, the bargain you got on your dream home is going to be even sweeter! If the market simply recovers the 10%, that will equate to $40,000 equity gained in that home!

Today I filled up my gas-guzzling SUV for $31.22!
It was cold and windy out there, but I couldn't resist these prices!
Only $31.22 to fill up my tank and my low gas light has been on for about 20 miles!
