Let me introduce myself!

My husband and I moved to the Magic Valley of Southern Idaho in 1979 because houses in California were selling at outrageous prices--$40,000 to $50,000 for a small, fixer upper. We have never regretted the move. Idaho was, and is a wonderful place to raise a family. Our first home in Idaho was $15,000.

We've come a long way since the late 1970's, but still love Idaho and the opportunities it has given us. After staying home for a few years with the kids, I returned to teaching with the University of Idaho Extension Faculty and pursued my Master's Degree. Living and working in Jerome while attending the Uof I was a challenge. After 16 years in that position I went on an adventure into a business of my own. I owned a well know boutique in downtown Twin Falls for 5 years. As happens to many small, locally owned business, big box stores take over the market.

In 2004 I obtained my Real Estate license. I think I may have been destined to be a Realtor all along. It is the perfect blend of my education (home economics and teaching) and my business experience.

It gives me great please to assist in the purchase of a family's new home and to show them Soutern Idaho.

Areas of Expertise

My area of expertises in Real Estate is family homes. I work with people relocating to the area, first time home buyers, and investors purchasing rental properties. I have based my business on these principles:

Listening to what buyers want, and showing them the properties that fit their needs.

Providing a high level of customer service to my clients by taking care of their real estate transaction and assisting them in getting to know the community.

Communicating with clients on the progress of their transaction to keep the stress levels low and assure that every detail has been taken care of when we finally get to closing and moving into their new home.
