Good morning. I think everyone would agree that Today's Real Estate Market is an interesting world to live in. The other day a fellow Realtor told me real estate is like the famous words from the movie Forest Gump. If you are a home owner with a vacant home you may want to consider a Lease Purchase agreement with a potential buyer. The first thing you need to do is contact the lender that has the mortgage on your house to make sure you will not be breaking any of the agreements of your mortgage.

Next you need to find an attorney who is familiar with real estate law who will be able to draw up the agreement when you have a lessee.

Today, I heard two interesting comments that I thought were worth blogging about.

1. The oil companies have made a lot of money over the last few years. Why not have the oil industry fund the bail out of the auto industry? Comments............

2. The auto industry needs money to retool for the more fuel efficient autos of the future. The big three auto manufactures already are producing fuel efficient auto in other countries. Why not have them crate the tooling in those foreign countries and bring them back to the USA. Comments...............
