"After three other agents tried to sell my condo we visited a new condo that was next to my building. Mike explained how his client purchased the building as an investment for a condo conversion and how he assisted putting the entire process together. The units were very appealing and I asked him to take a look at my property. Mike informed me he had been to the condo as part of his market research but would do a few things different if he took the listing. We agreed to listen to his presentation which was called "energy pricing" and we reduced our asking price to better reflect the market conditions based on his advise that being over priced for six months meant we would continue to "lose buyer's" to new inventory, reduced pricing and increases in interest rates.
