  1. 1.Select the right digital camera and become familiar with it like you know how to use your cell phone
  2. 2. Get a wide-angle lens to maximize your portrayal of the home (look for a magnetic wide angle lens of 0.45x to 0.50x that will fit on yourcamera)

    3. Choose a digital camera that uses a common memory card such as "SD"which can be used in many devices (make sure your computer has a slot to read these cards)

    4. Demonstrate your expertise in digital marketing during the walk-through/listing appointment by using a photo-marketing strategy form when taking photos

    5. Select the correct resolution on your camera to maximize memory space, create smaller email photos etc. (recommend setting at 3 to 5 MP)

    6. Use "stitch assist"or "panorama mode"on your digital camera to create a simple virtual tour

    7. When emailing clients select 1024 X 768 resize option from email program to limit file size

    8. Organize your photos on your computer for easy retrieval example under "my pictures"create a folder with the address of each property you take photos of and store all photos of that property in that folder for easy retrieval
