I work with buyers and sellers of land and homes in the Souhegan Valley of New Hampshire including the towns of Amherst, Bedford, Brookline, Francestown, Greenfield, Greenville, Hollis, Lyndeborough, Merrimack, Milford, Mason, Merrimack, Mont Vernon, Temple, and Wilton. I am also a Certified New Home Specialist who can assist you with the purchase of a new or custom home. By focusing on a specific area of our state and on residential property I can be more knowledgeable and dedicated to serving my clients.

An important part of my team is a dedicated transaction administrator who will work with all of the parties involved in the purchase or sale of your property. This is to ensure that everything is done correctly and on time. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate transactions including relocations. We do not want any surprises, and neither do you. Its important to have someone focusing on the details to make sure everthing is done.
