Greenville, NC - Over the past couple of weeks I keep getting the same two questions 1)Whats the best loan for me? 2) Has the rate's reached bottom yet! These are two great questions but very hard to answer! Best loan - USDA 100% financing no PMI is Great for first time buyers but not all buyers qualify and not all homes qualify. Then you have FHA, conventional, ..... and the list goes on. Let us sit down with you and your lender and help find the right loan for the right house in the right area for you!
