Overland Park had 1170 single family homes sell and close in the last 6 months, a pace of nearly 200 per month, counting all homes and price ranges, including existing homes and new construction. There are 897 single family homes listed for sale in Overland Park. Selling at an average of over six and a half homes per day, there is a just under a 4.5 months supply of homes.
