I began building custom homes in Johnson County, KS in 1998. I started by building a few speculative custom all-brick homes in existing subdivisions. I then had the vision of developing and building an all-brick new home community on large acreage lots in 1999. Over a period of 4 years, I was a developer and custom builder who designed and built a majority of the all-brick homes in Mill Creek Grande, in Olathe, KS. Each of these homes were built to a much higher building standard than traditional homes built in Kansas City. Each home was all-brick, had no maintenance exteriors and were the most energy efficient in all of Kansas City. Also, during this time, I performed numerous whole house inspections and facilitated many home-building seminars for consumers. Since I received my real estate license, I have been certified as a new home sales specialist.

In building most of the homes in Mill Creek Grande, most of my homeowners are pleased with their homes because each home is maintenance free, quality built and extremely energy efficient. In total, I have built over 30 custom homes in Johnson County, KS. I have performed numerous whole house inspections and have facilitated many 'consumer protection' seminars for consumers.
