Two economists are broadcasting some great news for the Tampa Bay area. In recent seminars, economist Dr. Hank Fishkind is stating that the bottom has been reached in some parts of Tampa Bay and is near bottom in the remainder. Economist Dr. Ted Jones is stating that Tampa Bay has reached the bottom and is already experiencing recovery in our area. Florida was the first to experience the decline and is leading the way to recovery. Tampa Bay is leading Florida in home sales, so does that make us one of the first recovering markets in the state???
