Wild Stock Market Preventing You From Building Wealth in Your Retirement Account? If so, you may want to join the growing number of people who are investing their retirement funds in real estate. There’s real long-term investment growth potential in using tax-deferred funds to purchase property.

The Problem With Most IRA’s

Most IRA Custodians–like brokerage companies and banks–limit your investment options to instruments that benefit them! They offer you a menu of choices that include cash, CD’s, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETF’s, etc…

But Wait…

You Have Other Options! In reality, the IRS code does allow retirement plans to invest in a much broader selection of investments like:

* Real Estate (land, condos, commercial property, etc…)

* Leases

* Trust Deeds

* Tax Lien Certificates

* Commodities

* Limited Partnerships

* Mortgage Notes

* Secured & Unsecured Loans, and More…

The process is technical, so we have broken it down into 5 easy steps you'll need to master to successfully use your 401K and IRA's to invest in real estate.

Good thing I dodged the road closure last week caused by the presidential motorcade! It was quite a scene along Kearns Blvd, where Marine One-the President's Helicopter-landed near the Treasure Mountain Middle School in Park City Wednesday afternoon.

St. Regis Deer Valley

Construction Update:
Closing Day at Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Years ago, we watched the excavation of the site at the top of Portugese Gap where the St. Regis tower will be located.

It's pretty incredible to see the hotel taking shape.

The framing is nearly complete for the St. Regis Condos, which are the lower 7 stories of the hotel.

In the months ahead, the top four stories-the St. Regis Residences-will begin to take shape.

Even though it's still snowing in Park City, Utah...

Deer Valley Resort Wrapped Up a Phenomenal Ski Season April 13th.

We couldn't resist a day of spring skiing on Deer Valley's closing day.
And what a spectacular day it was...Not a cloud in the sky, and no crowds on the lifts.

Deer Valley Closing Day

Check out the huge cornice at the top of the Daly Chutes on April 13th!

Average base depth of the snow-pack on closing day was a whopping 131 inches...not a brown muddy patch to be found anywhere on the ski runs, even at lower elevations like Deer Crest (see below photo).

View From Red Cloud Deer ValleyIt doesn't seem like the smart money is too worried about the national "mortgage crisis" having a big impact on Deer Valley real estate values.

The lot was a resale lot that was originally purchased from the high-end developer Talisker three years ago.

Lot #22 Red Cloud just sold for a cool $5 mil.

Check out the view from lot 22 in this photo to the right:
