I have been serving clients in Omaha and the surrounding areas since 1996. I provide free services to all my home buyers. I provide possible sellers with a free market analysis and marketing plan. I am also an Accredited Staging® Professional(tm) . Staging is a process of organizing and rearranging your existing furnishings to prepare your home for sale. Staged homes traditionally sell faster and for more money, and I provide this service free to my sellers.
