Peter is a lifelong resident of East Providence and resides in the city's Riverside/Waddington School district. "It's the perfect place to raise a family," he says. Peter's determination and desire to learn have led him down many avenues of success during his young career. After several years of working as a city planner he decided to leave the public service sector. "Working for the public as a planner was a rear opportunity and blessing, but since I feel public service should not be a career, I decided that I wanted to take my expertise to a field where I would still be able to work with the public, and the obvious career-path was in real estate. Years of studying our state's geography has tought me a great deal about of our towns and cities; their neighborhoods and villages; their developments and changes; their schools and communities; more or less everything people are concerned about when they are purchasing real estate. In the end, being able to translate all things municipal...everything from simple property data to taxes and building codes all the way up to major subdivision review...has proven a major asset to my success as a Realtor, and even more so, my clients who are always given the low-down, and the heads-up!!"
Peter's final planning job before entering real estate was as the director of planning for the Town of Lincoln, RI. "I worked closely with a smorgasbord of issues that either involve or affect the real estate community. In fact, most of my experience comes from working on programs directly with local, state and federal agencies that govern your real estate and how it can be used, managed and maintained."
