Great news for Austin and the Yoga community!!!!
This month Bikram Yoga secured its latest location on Pressler Street just west of Whole Foods downtown. The Pressler project has been in the works for over 24 months and promises to be an amazing addition to the Austin Yoga community. The lease was negotiated by Todd Bailey of Real Living and Jason Faludi of Aquila Commercial.
The Bikram studio is still being designed, however, students can begin to look forward to a state of the art heating system, yoga clothing, accessories, and much more.
"Pressler is a mixed use development featuring a 160,000 SF residential community above first floor retail."
The apartments will be run by Gables Residential and the project will is slated for completion in early 2009.
Not only will Pressler be a great place to practice yoga it will be a great place to enjoy dining and entertainment and even live. The developers have not disclosed any additional tenants at this time but by design the development will include retailers, upscale dining, and specialty shops.
