Steve Hula recently sold Jim & Sandra, from Pensecola, FL. an 80 acre tract surrounded by National Forest. Jim was a GM for a large scale Ocean Front Restaraunt and Yatch club there. Jim is a "Seasoned" real estate investor and has purchased Real Estate all across the USA. Jim said that Steve Hula was the best Real Estate agent they had ever worked with! They plan to retire near Clarksville.
