I recently read that 11 of our high schools were featured in Newsweek for the top 5 % in the nation. About 1300 schools in all made it. Great schools not only mean smart and successful kids & teachers, they also mean steady and rising property values!
To recognize the achievements of these schools, I have composed real estate market reports to reflect the sales activity around these schools for the month of May 2008.
I will come back to decode the numbers, but I just wanted to get them posted so that you'll have an idea of what your cluster area is doing.
