I have also spent 3 1/2 years in the Information Technology Industry as both a computer technician as well as an IT Coordinator/Liaison on a Government contract. Greetings. My name is Colin and I am a Soldier stationed in CFB Gagetown. My Fiance and I recently purchased a home in Fredericton and we would like to share our extremely positive experience with anyone "on the market" for a real estate agent. As first time buyers, we were unclear of the purchasing process as a whole. Bob clearly and accurately defined the process to us from start to finish. Bob demonstrated his excellent work ethic time and time again over the next few months showing us dozens of homes in our target areas around Fredericton. He was extremely flexible with regards to showing houses around our busy schedule and worked late into the evening on many occasions on our account. Bob actually made us feel as though we were his only clients, despite the fact that he was actually dealing with several at the time. Bob even came to the Fredericton Airport minutes before I hopped on a CF Hercules enroute to Iqaluit for a Sovereign Operation to sign papers for an offer. Talk about diligence!! In conclusion, We found Bob to be an extremely professional, hard working, low pressure, personable, and straight shooting man who was instumental in helping Krista and I find a perfect home. My husband and I were being relocated from Toronto, Ontario to Fredericton New Brunswick and had to make two whirlwind trips down to do some serious househunting. Bob's undying patience was a god send (especially for myself) who didn't know which part of Fredericton to settle in, what layout of house I was looking for or the size of property we wanted. Bob graciously took us through what must have been 30 houses and did not once sigh (out loud) or roll eyes (that we noticed...) or any of those gestures which would have enduced more stress than we were already experiencing. We enjoyed our two weeks together emmensely and have promised to stay in touch once we arrive in Fredericton. Bob even offered to introduce his kids to mine so that they would have someone to call friend as well as selling us a gorgeous house so the kids have somewhere to call home. We lucked into finding Bob as our agent as he was literally the first one through the door while we were waiting to be hooked up with someone.
