Your Homes Internet Exposure - Your home gets advertised on 52+ different web sites, the Intermountain MLS and every website that shows MLS listings. Of the 52 websites, 23 are online classifieds, 25 are real estate sites, and 4 are my web sites. With me, your home will be advertised highly through out the internet where 8 out 10 buyers now start there home search, giving you a heads up on the competition. Not only will your home be shown on real estate sites, but on some of the most visited sites in the world, such as Craigslist and Youtube.
In your yard - You will have a sign with a flyer box (always kept full). Your flyers will be in full color with pictures. I work closely with a Mortgage Consultant and together we provide to buyers on the back of your flyers 3 different payment options for your home. When your home fits, I use the talking house system, so with this there is a sign next to the for sale sign telling buyer what radio station to tune in to for more information about the your home.
Inside Your Home - Inside your home you will have a information binder containing your propertys MLS info, Plat Map, copies of the property disclosure and CCR's. I will can also give you any needed advise on stage or getting your home ready to shine.
On the Radio - Your home gets it own radio station! Now I can talk to your buyers 24 hours a day. Learn more about the talking house system and how it helps to get your home sold faster.
Pictures and Virtual Tour - Most buyers start looking for homes on the internet and when there is no pictures, buyers tend to pass over the listing. Not only do I put a unlimited amount of pictures with your listing on my site, I make a 360 degree virtual tour of your home and post on many sites on the internet.
Your Home for a OPEN HOUSE!
Your home is dressed up so that your home won't get missed! Also at your open house my mortage consultant partner can be there to help quailify your buyers right on the spot!

Are you a golfer and considering moving to Idaho?
If your a golfer and moving to Boise Idaho, Boy, you are in luck! This one of the greatest places for a golfer, golf courses are open all year round except for the when the snow falls and covers the ground a few days during winter. All though I have gotten to get out and golf in a while, this is one of the things I enjoy doing in my free time and Boise provides lots of great courses to play on. There are over 16 public golf course in the area and they create all different challenges from wind, sloping hills, mountain course, water and sand and more. Are you ready?
