Jeremy and his wife, Laurie, and his daughter, Emma, live in Summerwood in northeast Houston with their miniature dachshund and beagle. Laurie is a CPA and works for Administaff in Kingwood. They are active members of Humble Area's First Baptist Church. They enjoy spending time with friends and family and cruising.

Do You Need to List Your Home?

Interviewing your selling agent is just like interviewing any other job candidate. • While some realtors offer one or two of these marketing tools, many do not. Jeremy goes for the slam dunk! In home sales, there's never too much exposure. Virtual tours help buyers see your home as a livable space that they can experience, not just some 2-dimensional photograph that requires a buyer to imagine what the rooms may feel like. When You Want to Buy: Start with the Basics

When you pick an agent to help you buy a house, interview several and pick the one that you feel most comfortable with.
